Should I replace my box spring base when purchasing a new mattress?
We highly recommend purchasing a new box spring with your new Restonic mattress. Our mattresses and box springs are designed to work together as a cohesive sleep system. When a new mattress is placed on an old or existing box spring, the mattress may not perform to its design capabilities for pressure relief and postural support.
What should I do with my old mattress?
Many bedding retail stores will assist with the disposal of your old mattress. Ask about this type of service with your retailer.
How do I know the type of mattress I should purchase?

What size mattress do I need?
Choosing a mattress size is determined by who will be sleeping on it, the size of your bedroom and your desired budget. We recommend several methods to finding the perfect size for you, from measuring your bedroom, conducting online research, setting a budget and test-driving many different mattresses.
What’s a hybrid mattress?
Hybrid mattresses have a coil system with a combination of memory foam, latex and/or gel to create multiple comfort layers. Combining these materials extends the life of the mattress and may reduce body impressions. If you sleep hot or cold, have slept on a coil or memory foam mattress before, then a hybrid mattress might be for you.
What’s a latex mattress?
Latex is the end product of harvested liquid from rubber trees in Asia. A latex mattress may be one of the most comfortable and supportive sleep surfaces available. Buoyant, supportive, therapeutic pressure-relief are words used to describe a latex mattress.
What’s a memory foam mattress?
Memory foam in a mattress is responsive to heat and conforms to your shape, equally distributing body weight for enhanced support. If you suffer from chronic pain that’s relieved with heat, struggle to find a comfortable sleep position are often awakened by your partner or fight to stay warm at night then a memory foam might be for you.

How do I care for my Restonic mattress?
How long does it take to adjust to my mattress?
It can take several weeks for your body to adjust to the improved support of your new mattress.
Why does my new mattress emit an odor?
The foam used in the manufacturing process may produce an odor but this should dissipate within a week. We recommend airing the mattress out for a few days. If the odor persists, please contact the Restonic showroom where you originally purchased your mattress.
Do I rotate or flip my mattress?
Upon purchase you should be instructed whether it’s best to rotate or flip your mattress. If instructed to flip, this should be done monthly for the first 6 months then flipped quarterly. If instructed to rotate, this should be done as needed to promote even wear. Please check your Restonic warranty for further instructions/details.
Should I purchase a mattress pad/protector? Why do I need one?
Yes, a mattress protector ensures the validity of your warranty. If your mattress is soiled, stained or ripped, the warranty is void – regardless of where on your mattress. A mattress cover protects against wear and tear, liquids/spills, allergens, bed bugs and comfort.
Is my mattress fire-proof?
All Restonic mattresses meet fire safety standards issued by the UAE Civil Defence Fire Code Council (CDFCC)
Why are there dips in my mattress?
Some degree of settling is natural as areas that support the heaviest parts of the body compress over time. If you feel your mattress is sagging more than it should, please contact your Restonic showroom.
What can I do if my mattress is too high for my bed?
If your mattress is too high, you may need to replace or purchase a new foundation that better fits your mattress. Please contact Restonic for more information.
