If a customer changes their mind after receiving their purchased items, NO Refund or Cancellation will be entertained.

Restonic’s 24 Hour Exchange Policy allows customers to return their purchased items for an exchange, providing the goods are not damaged and is still in its original packaging. To avoid inconvenience, customers are advised to thoroughly examine their newly purchased mattresses, headboards or bases for any superficial damage, blemishes or defects in the presence of Restonic’s installation personnel prior to their departure from your premises. If any “damage” is not reported during this period, Restonic are not liable to offer an Exchange or Refund. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, under our Limited Warranty Policy, Restonic will reserve the right to examine the problem and repair or replace the defective item at our discretion.

Please Note: Sale promotion and showroom display items are sold as seen and are non-returnable. If you are double charged, due to any technical error, we will not claim for the duplicate payment or you can contact us directly to our email id billing@restonic.ae, so that we will take necessary action to refund you. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


Free delivery is limited to UAE only. Overseas delivery charges will depend on the dimensions, volume and weight of the products you order. An order cannot be cancelled if the production is started for a custom made Bed set. You have the rights to check with our main office to see whether it can be cancelled or not. In case of some accessories like pillow or mattress protector, we will consider your cancellation request if the item is not delivered, for that you need to contact us by email or call us on our office time (GMT+4) 8AM to 5PM.
